Chick-fil-A Point Loma loves being a part of our community! If you or your organization are in the Point Loma area and would like to request a food donation or fundraising support, please complete our request form using the link below. We require requests to be submitted at least 30 days before your event or need of support, allowing us to budget and plan appropriately. Due to the high volume of requests, our team meets bi-weekly to review requests and will respond within two weeks of submission.
